Just my luck.  I am getting ready to launch a kick-ass workout program, nutrition plan and motivation group designed for guys like me to lose some fat, build some muscle and make our dadbod into a restomod.  


No miracles here.  You aren't gonna look like a younger model.  We will however put some muscle back in your engine, get you in shape, and have you running like a new car in a 30 or 40 year old model.


Not here to bullshit you though.  It ain't gonna be easy.  


You and I aren't some 20-something kid that grew up trying to get likes on the 'Gram, my 'Snap or what ever the hell TikTok is.


We grew up climbing trees and riding bikes; playing football in the street and baseball in the sandlot; and drooling over cars that didn't sound like a lawnmower.

That's where my program is focused--On guys whose exercise program has to fit in between when you ​get off work and when you pick up kids from ball-​of-your-choice practice, gymnastics, dance or music lessons.  


I've been at this longer than most other trainers have been alive.  I was certified in 1994 as a personal trainer before personal training was a thing.  (My parents thought I was nuts when I left engineering to never make any money from lifting weights.)


In that time, I learned what works for a 17-year old high school kid isn't going to work for a 30, 40 or 50 something dad.  


I put together a program based on experience, the latest technology, and utilizes the best workouts and nutrition available.

STEP 1:

REQUEST A CONSULTATION

Simply fill out the appointment request questionaire and, if you are a good fit for the program,  I will get you scheduled to discuss your training program with you.

STEP 2:

INITIAL CONSULTATION

If you are accepted into the program, we will set up an time for a Zoom meeting to discuss your program in more detail and provide you with the tools start.

STEP 3:

ONLINE PROGRAM DELIVERY

You don't go anywhere without your smartphone.  So, you won't go anywhere without your program.  We will use smartphone apps and collaboration tools to make sure you have what you need to be successful.

STEP 4:

NUTRITION COACHING THROUGH LUMEN 

If you want results, you can follow one of the nutrition plans I provide you.  If you want maximum results, you need to measure your metabolism and eat according to what your body needs now.  That is where the Lumen comes in.  Hack Your Metabolism!

STEP 5:

HABIT BASED COACHING THROUGH PROCOACH

We will begin working on the issues behind the food and ingraining the habits that will get you eating properly without worrying about macros, calories, and counts. 

STEP 6:

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY 

Whether your package includes weekly Zoom meetings, in-person accountability or simple electronic communication, you will NOT be left  alone to get your results.  I will be there for you.

STEP 7:

PROGRAM  COURSE CORRECT AND ADJUSTMENT

By holding you accountable, we can know whether it is just tweaking a hundred calories, reps and sets OR if we need major adjustments to macros and workouts.

STEP 8:

ENJOY THE SERIOUS RESULTS YOU'VE EARNED!
